There are several hotels around Disneyland Paris. The closest hotels are from Disney themselves and are within walking distance of the theme parks. Because of the location and because they are of Disney, they are also a lot more expensive. Many people, therefore, turn to Partner Hotels. These are hotels in the area that all have a free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris. Hotel L’Elysee Val d’Europe is one of them.
Where is Hotel L’Elysee Val d’Europe located?
Hotel L’Elysee Val d’Europe is located next to Disneyland Paris on the Walt Disney Studios Park-side. With the shuttle, you do 5 to 10 minutes from your hotel to the entrance of the resort to come.
In your navigation, put the following address:
7 Cours du Danube, Serris, France
This will bring you right to the hotel. You can park your car very easily in the underground. Here you can park for free, which I always find very pleasant.
During your visit to Hotel L’Elysee, you can leave your car behind. There is a free shuttle bus to the Disney Parks, and you can walk to the adjacent shopping center.

Take the train to this hotel
Also by train, you can reach this hotel very well. There are two ways to get there. First, go with the Thalys to the Disneyland Paris train station. You can take bus 50 from the bus station between Walt Disney Studios Park and the World of Disney Store.
Or you can take the RER-A metro direction Paris and get off at the first stop Val d’Europe. From here it is about a 50-meter walk. If I could choose, I would go by shuttle bus. It drops you off directly in front of the entrance to the hotel.
In the area
Hotel L’Elysee is next to a large shopping center – Val d’Europe – which includes an Apple Store and a Primark. In the latter, they sell many Disney clothing, including princess dresses, and toys for a lot less than in the theme parks. Next to the mall is an outlet shopping street. Here you can buy all kinds of luxury brands at a high discount.
There is also a food court in the shopping center, including McDonald’s, but also unique restaurants, each with its own menu. If you sleep at Hotel L’Elysee, you are not dependent on the amusement park.
On Sunday morning, they organize a weekly market near the hotel. Here you will find, among other things, a poulterer and a greengrocer. We were there shortly after it opened, and it smelled really great. Near the market, there is also a bakery with delicious bread. Here you can get breakfast in the morning or take some sandwiches to the amusement parks. You do not have to walk back to your hotel for the shuttle bus. In the street of the bakery is the Hi-Park by Adagio aparthotel. Here stops the shuttle bus to the Disney Parks as well.
To Disneyland Paris
This hotel seems – compared to the Disney Hotels and the other Partner Hotels – quite far from the theme parks to lie. But in practice, it is not so bad. You can easily walk there. Then you do about 20 minutes. Or you take the free shuttle bus that drops you off next to the Walt Disney Studios. The shuttle bus runs all day, about every half hour.
Please note that this shuttle bus does not stop at the station but next to the parking garages of Disney Village. The easiest way to find them is to walk to the World of Disney store and then keep right towards Vapiano and Five Guys. You will see a large traffic circle; go right around it. After this, you will automatically see the bus stops.
Facilities and rooms in Hotel L’Elysee Val d’Europe
The rooms are clean and spacious. They can accommodate up to 4 people and have twin beds or as above 1 double bed.
If you come with more, you can book rooms next to each other with a connecting door.
The Premium rooms – which are cheaper than the standard, by the way – have a safe Nespresso machine and a bottle of water in the room. In addition, there is free wifi. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, and sink.
The starting price per night is €114. Note that this is without tickets for the Disney Parks.
If you want a little more luxury, then you can book the suite. This costs just over €200 per night and is mainly more spacious than the other rooms. Other than that, you don’t have many extras here.
The main reason to go to Hotel L’Elysee is the good location to Disneyland Paris and the city of Paris. In the hotel is, therefore, not much to do.
In the hotel, there is a bar and a restaurant. The latter is where breakfast is served in the morning. In the evening, it turns into a steakhouse with very reasonable prices. This can be a good alternative to the (expensive) restaurants in Disneyland Paris.
Who is this hotel for?
Do you have a Disneyland Paris Annual Pass, then you could certainly consider this hotel? It is very affordable, looks neat, and has a good location.
It is also a good alternative for people who like a little more luxury but do not want to pay Disney prices for it. You are close to the Disneyland Paris resort, the shuttle bus runs very regularly, and the adjacent shopping center is a nice bonus.
