Get ready to feel like royalty with the enchanting atmosphere and decor.
Restaurant Auberge de Cendrillon is in Disneyland Park, next to the castle. The entrance is like a scene from a fairytale – grand doors, stained glass windows, and the iconic Cinderella carriage nearby.
When you step inside, you’ll be surrounded by elegant furnishings, stunning chandeliers, and intricate details that add to the magical ambience.
The room is spacious, leaving enough room for the royal couples to dance and move comfortably around the restaurant.
The food at Auberge de Cendrillon
The food at Auberge de Cendrillon is the perfect combination of indulgence and elegance. Every dish is carefully crafted to create a unique gastronomic experience, with menus inspired by classic French cuisine and new, more daring culinary creations. It’s served over 4-courses starting with an amuse, appetisers, main dish, and finally dessert.
Each course has multiple food items to choose from, offering one vegetarian option. The menu includes scallops, roasted chicken, and lava cake. And while the food was pretty good, it’s not the main reason you should eat at this restaurant.
The food at Auberge de Cendrillon might be too adventurous for little ones due to the complexity of the menu—no hamburger or fries, but pumpkin soup, roasted chicken, vegetarian pasta or cod filet.
Meeting the Disney Princesses will make any child’s day – and some adults’ too!
The best feature of Restaurant Auberge de Cendrillon is the opportunity to meet Disney Princesses. Cinderella will be there to greet guests, bringing some friends with her, but you never know who.
The princesses we’ve met at this restaurant are Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, and Rapunzel. We’ve heard that sometimes the Princes will also visit the restaurant, but unfortunately, not during our visit.
During dinner, the Princesses will visit every table, taking time for photos, autographs and chatting. Children are encouraged to stay seated until the Princesses come to the table, which is pretty challenging.
Because as soon as they enter the room, most little ones get up from their seat. The princesses are used to it, but one of their helpers will guide the little ones back to the table.
Plan ahead and make a reservation to ensure your spot at this dining experience
To make sure you don’t miss out on the enchanting experience, it’s advisable to plan ahead and make a reservation as soon as possible. You can do this through the Disneyland Paris app, up to 12 months in advance, if you are a Disney Hotel guest. Other guests can make a reservation two months in advance.
Auberge de Cendrillon is a popular restaurant that fills up quickly. They don’t offer a walk-up option, so you must make your reservations as soon as possible. Were you not able to score a table during your stay? Then check with the concierge at your hotel, guest services in the parks, or at the restaurant for any availability. You never know if a table might have come available.
Don’t forget your camera! You’ll want to capture every magical moment
If you plan to visit the Auberge de Cendrillon restaurant at Disneyland Paris, you won’t want to forget your camera! This enchanting dining experience is full of moments worth capturing, as the Princesses will make every visit to your table special and unique.
A visit to Auberge de Cendrillon at Disneyland Paris is definitely a must if you or your loved ones are Disney Princess fans. The only other way to meet the characters is in the crowded Princess Pavilion, where wait times can be up to three hours. However, with this unique opportunity you get meaningful one-on-one time with multiple princesses – making it well worth it!
The experience is pretty expensive though, with the adult meal costing €95 and the children’s meal €50. But keep in mind that you are not there for the food, even though we enjoyed it, you are there for the royal experience and making memories. Let me know if you had the chance to try it out! I’m sure it’ll be an unforgettable experience.
