Disney Express is a paid service for guests arriving by train. It makes arriving and leaving a lot more convenient, as you don’t have to carry your (heavy) luggage or go to the hotel to check in. As soon as you arrive at the Disneyland Paris train station, go to the Disney Express desk, check-in, leave your luggage and go to the parks. Everything you need for your stay will be handed to you at the desk, no need to go to your hotel until the end of the day.
You will need to book Disney Express Luggage Service in advance through the Disneyland Paris website or by phone. It will cost £18 per person, and you will need to book it for all people in your party. Even if they don’t carry any suitcases.
Disney Express is available for guests of the Disney Hotels and Partner Hotels, with the exception of Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Villages Nature Paris by Center Parcs.

Should you book Disney Express Luggage Service?
There are some pros and cons to the Disney Express Luggage Service. The main benefit of using this service is that you can go straight to the parks when arriving by train. The train station is located next to the parks, which makes it much more convenient to go straight in. Normally, you would need to go to the hotel, which can easily take up to an hour or more of your day.
Another benefit of this service is that you don’t need to carry your luggage to the hotels. The Disney Hotels will take 10 to 20 minutes by foot, and 10 minutes by bus. Partner Hotels can only be reached by bus, which will also take about 10 minutes. The buses can be pretty crowded as well, which can be challenging when bringing lots of luggage.
The Disney Express Luggage Service Desk is open daily from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with the luggage drop-off closing at 8:50 p.m. When you are not arriving during that window, you can still use Disney Express for the departure day, where they will bring your luggage from the hotel to the train station. But it might not be worth the cost then.
Another thing to consider before booking is that you can’t leave your valuables, like jewellery, electronics, and even golf clubs at the desk. You will need to take it out of your luggage or leave it at your own risk. It’s best to bring as little valuables as possible to Disneyland Paris in general. And to keep any of the valuables on you until you can store them in the safe of your room.
As you can see, the Disney Express Luggage Service can be really convenient, especially when you bring lots of luggage or are staying at a Partner Hotel. If you are staying at a Disney Hotel, you can also walk to the hotel and save some money.
