Rainforest Cafe at Disneyland Paris: A Family-Friendly Dining Experience

If you’re visiting Disneyland Paris with your family, you won’t want to miss the Rainforest Cafe. This unique dining experience brings the sounds and sights of a lush rainforest to life, complete with animatronic animals, thunderstorms, and plenty of jungle-themed décors.

The Menu

The Rainforest Cafe’s menu features various dishes, including appetizers, salads, burgers, and pasta. The food is decent, but not outstanding. It’s aimed at non-adventurous eaters, which is fine, especially when travelling with young children. They also offer kids meals at a pretty affordable price, including an entrée, dessert, and drink.

On average, the price for an entrée at this restaurant ranges between €20 and €35. This is pretty normal for a Disneyland Paris restaurant. And remember that you also pay for the atmosphere with moving animal animatronics.

Unfortunately, the Rainforest Cafe does not accept Disneyland Paris meal plans. Annette’s Diner, La Grange at Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon, New York Style Sandwiches, and The Steakhouse are the only Disney Village restaurants that accept the vouchers.

Is it a Good Restaurant?

The Rainforest Cafe is a great option for families with young children visiting Disneyland Paris. The food is good, the atmosphere is fun and entertaining, and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is that it can get quite busy during peak hours, so be prepared to wait. If you want to avoid crowds, go to the restaurant early in the evening or during the fireworks.

If you are not travelling with children or know you won’t enjoy the loud environment with lots of sound effects? Then it’s best to choose another restaurant in Disney Village.

Alternative Restaurants

If you don’t want to eat at the Rainforest Cafe, there are plenty of other dining options in Disney Village. Planet Hollywood has a similar but more adult experience with a similar menu.

Another alternative for a good hamburger is Annette’s Diner, and if you are in the mood for pizza or pasta, visit Vapiano. Annette’s Diner also accepts Disneyland Paris meal plan vouchers, so that would be a better deal if you would like to save some money.

Where can you find Rainforest Cafe?

The restaurant is located in Disney Village, the area between the parks and hotels. It’s near Lake Buena Vista and the Panoramagique balloon. It’s hard to miss Rainforest Cafe as the facade of the building is pretty lavish, and there is even a crocodile animatronic scaring guests outside.
